7-Day Easy Size Exchange
We want you to feel confident in your RAMYALAYANA purchase.
We offer a one-time size exchange with request raised within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
A flat ₹199 reverse shipping fee applies to size exchanges.Exchange is subject to availability of the requested size.
We recommend contacting us on WhatsApp or Instagram DM before ordering if you need assistance with choosing your size.
Wrong, Damaged, Defective or Missing Products
If you receive a wrong, damaged, defective or missing product, please contact us at contact@ramyalayana.com and submit the Product Issue Request Form within 48 hours of delivery.
For approved product issues:
No reverse shipping fee will be charged.
We will arrange a free replacement after verification.
If the same product is unavailable, an appropriate resolution such as a refund or store credit/gift card may be provided.
For these claims, an uninterrupted unboxing video and clear photographs are mandatory. The video should show the unopened package, shipping label, opening of the package and the product clearly.
Product Conditions
For all eligible size exchanges and product-issue claims, the product must be:
Unworn and unused
Unwashed and unaltered
Free from stains, makeup, perfume or other marks
Returned with original tags attached
Returned with original packaging, wherever applicable
In original condition and suitable for resale
The request will be reviewed before approval, and the product will be inspected once received by RAMYALAYANA.
If the returned product does not meet these conditions, the return may be rejected and the refund will not be processed.
How to Request an Exchange
For size/fit issues:
Submit the Size Exchange Request Form within 7 days of delivery.
For wrong/damaged/defective/missing products:
Submit the Product Issue Request Form within 48 hours of delivery, along with the required photographs and unboxing video.
Submission of a request does not automatically guarantee approval. Requests are subject to verification and inspection.
No Change-of-Mind Returns
We currently do not offer returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
This includes situations where you no longer want the product, change your mind after purchase, or simply do not prefer the product after receiving it.
For size concerns, our one-time 7-day size exchange option is available.
Sale Items
All sale/discounted items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be available. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at contact@ramyalayana.com as soon as possible.
